Waves of Distinction Celebration

On September 18, 2025 the Office of Faculty Affairs celebrated 73 faculty who received promotion, tenure, or successful post-tenure review in the 2024-2025 academic year! Congratulations!

New Faculty Orientation

On August 6-7, 2025, UNCW welcomed 82 new faculty to the Seahawk community. The two-day orientation introduced faculty to the important aspects of life at UNCW and provided an opportunity to network with new and existing faculty members.
