The College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) is dedicated to advancing the scholarly and investigative pursuits of faculty and students. CHHS Research and Innovation provides a suite of services to prepare researchers as contributors to their field of interest, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, bring needed attention and resources to the local community and advance UNCW as a vital partner to improve lives.

Brain-Health Monitoring Technology Selected for NCInnovation Funding
A research team developing an at-home, fabric-based neural sleep monitoring platform is the latest from UNC Wilmington to be selected for NCInnovation funding. The NCInnovation Board of Directors unanimously approved $7.9 million in funding to support nine applied research projects across North Carolina.
